Thank you for taking the time to contact me. I love to hear from the people who use my software. I hope it's for a suggestion for a neat new feature, but I also want to hear if you have any problems. Please fill out the form below with what information you know, and I will contact you soon by e-mail.

    The model of your iPhone may be "5S", "5", "4S", "4", "3GS", "3G", or "Original". The model of your iPod may be "nano", "touch", "shuffle", "mini", "photo", or "classic", and you can include the generation number if you know it.

  6. Software Version:

    (Optional, but knowing this may help me diagnose a problem.)
    Version of iOS running on your device, such as "6.1.3" or "7.1.2".
